Realtors are widely-regarded as the most work-life unbalanced freelancers out there.
They work day and night and are available to close deals on a dime.
They are constantly in a race to return phone calls and emails.
That’s why today I was surprised to learn that my realtor friend took the day off.
It was a snow day for Minneapolis schools.
He had child care lined up so he didn’t have to take the day off.
But he did anyway.
I love it.
This is why he owns his own business.
This is what it’s all about.
He prioritizes his family and his business works around his family goals.
I love it.
