A mindset of innovation is an actual thing.
It’s the process of being continually- and playfully-curious.
Curious about myself, my business, your business, butterflies, stones, business processes, goldfish, coffee, poverty, humans, etc. etc. etc.
It’s the practice of embracing ideas and execution and then embracing the inevitable failures that result.
It is the practice of being human and embracing everything therein.
It is the practice of being kind to others – saying “Yes and” at every juncture.
It’s being humble and changing yourself rapidly.
It’s running a business that embraces all of the above.
It’s the owner who embraces sweeping the floors, because someone has to do it (why not the owner?).
It’s the practice of listening to ideas from the smallest of the small on up!
